Bone Appetit BBQ Grill

Been coming to this bbq spot since it opened in reno public market. l've probably ate here 25-30 times and it's not cheap for what i want. At first during reno public market the energy was high. Lately is just serious and low energy dry. As a server who care a lot, i notice a lot and I recognize when a customer comes in, their taking time and money and trusting us with food that goes in their body. It's not just a job. And good food ain’t cheap. And we all know minimum wage doesn’t reflect pricing at the restaurants. The Food is really good. Can't deny that. Ive brought friends and recommend this restaurant to handful times 10x. I came in today and things were normal. Everyone serious and just in their zone. I noticed less than a handful of tables. I ordered my ribs with no pickles. Unf

Today I got the hot damn smash burger. The crispy onion and crispy jalapeno wasn't as fresh as I expected but overall was a good burger. Their Fries are pretty good also. I also tried the ribs a couple weeks before and they weren't bad at all. Mac and cheese was good too. I added pieces of the ribs in the potatoe salad and it was delicious.

Flavor & meat quality 10/10!! Only reason I gave a 4⭐️ is because the food wasn't hot. (Fries were) but the meat & macaroni were barely luke warm. Ribs & chicken were my fav. Will def go back & mention food temp

My wife and I went here today for a late lunch and split the Jammi Sammi Smash with fries and mac and cheese. Everything was incredible. The burger was juicy, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly, and the bacon jalapeño jam made it super tasty. The fries were tasty but a little cold. The mac and cheese stole the show. Creamy, rich, and easily some of the best in town. Everything felt intentional and well done, not just slapped together. We will definitely be back.

Great food. Ordered the smash burger and fries, wife ordered the pull pork sandwich and coleslaw. $27 for food? Can't eat at a Burger King or McDonald's for that.
