Bonfire Craft Kitchen and Tap House Surprise

I am sort of a BBQ snob. I would not recommend this restaurant for barbecue. The brisket was very dry and the burnt ends could’ve used a better flavor. However, the truffle fries were wonderful. They were also just as good heat it up. I would go back to this restaurant again just for those truffle fries. The mac & cheese has peppers in them, but it’s actually pretty good. Other people of dinner enjoyed their meals, but I would try something else other BBQ.

Great Sports Bar (didn't realize it Denver Broncos hotspot!) We split a Choice Meat Platter with Brisket & Ribs. I thought both had great flavor, but were overcooked & dry. We also ordered the Pot Roast & Monsoon Pizza to go. The main & drink menus are impressive. I will be back to try more...just not on game day.

Kylie is always so accommodating and smiling she makes you feel welcomed. Kira is my favorite server she always gives the best recommendations and has me hooked on the pot roast dinner here! The customer service is top notch! The atmosphere is great, the DJ bingo is fun and the food is amazing and well priced. Highly recommended Bonfire in Surprise!

This place is very cool inside although it seems a little crowded. We had a full rack of ribs, chicken strips and homemade chips, cheese curd and shredded roast beef with aju gravy. The roastbeef was so shredded that it was impossible to dip. You had to use a spoon to put the gravy into your roast beef sandwich. It was very good. The chicken was crunchy and moist, the home made chips had good flavor. The ribs were melt in your mouth, fall off the bone, went to heaven, goodness! Pickled onions, if you wanted Anthony else with your ribs, it cost extra. I want to say my ribs were $31. Pricy but delicious. The service was good. Didn't get the young man's name but he was awesome. This place was busy, everyone was talking. Allot of staff.

Great food and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Had heard about it but never stopped by and finally made it a long to do so. Impressive drink menu and the food was fantastic. Will definitely stop by again.
