Bonsai Garden Sushi Bar

We did a pick up order from here and ate it at home. They got our order almost correctly but gave us a yellowtail nigiri instead of yellowtail hand roll. We called them and they were nice and made us a the hand roll, we just had to come pick it up. The sushi was good, not the best sushi I’ve ever had, but not bad at all. Nigiri was very good! I would probably come back to try all you can eat.

The original Tonkatsu ramen is absolutely delicious! It’s the best in Santa Clarita by far. The staff is really gracious and the vibe is super friendly and chill for any occasion. Can’t wait to go back!

As you enter you are greeted by an open and spacious space. The sushi bar area is nicely decorated and looks well maintained. The entire restaurant is meticulously clean with everything in its place. Service is attentive and gracious. I ordered the Chicken Karaage Curry and my mom ordered the Salmon Collar. When our food arrived it looked fantastic. The Chicken Karaage looked really crunchy. I ate a piece off the top and it was extremely crunchy, my expectations were high. I dipped a piece of chicken into the curry sauce, but the sauce seemed bland. As I ate it was clear the chicken was incredible, but the curry sauce was broken. There were multiple signs of separation. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The actual decor was very classy and tasteful, I’m a big fan of the calm lighting and light hearted music. The gentleman who served for us was kind and efficient. We will be stopping here when making the drive from LA back home.
