Bop's Frozen Custard

My first visit here. I got my all-time favorite, a hot fudge sundae with vanilla custard, extra hot fudge (of course), crushed peanuts, whipped cream and cherry. Awesome! Perfectly made. What impressed me most about Bops is that it was very busy and the employees got everyone’s orders out quickly. In this day and age, that’s astounding. So service was excellent and they were very friendly. The place is very clean but I think they could stand to add a little more fun decor. Maybe a gum ball machine, pinball machine, some cool posters… something. Overall a good experience and I would recommend it. It’s nice to have a good ice cream shop to go to.

The atmosphere, custard, and shaved ice was so good! My friend and I went in an hour before closing and Gabe helped us out. He gave us a custard that was a mess up (hot fudge, brownie bites, and cookie dough, caramel). It was a 10/10. We ordered the strawberry shortcake and it was also delicious!! Gabe suggested that, over the cobbler since we had a hard time deciding. We tried the kiwi watermelon shaved ice with sweet cream next. Everything was a 10/10 & we’ll be back to try the cinnamon apple crisp cobbler as suggested by Gabe. Also, super cheap for quality dessert!

Honestly amazing and delicious. It's worth the price you pay for the ice cream!! All toppings were fresh and staff was amazing explaining choices. Strawberry patch definitely a favorite!! 🍓🍓🍓

We visited this location twice while staying at the hotel across the street. On Friday night, the young lady with the snake bite piercings was very friendly, which made me want to return the next night. There was a brief five-minute wait before someone came to take our order, and on the first night, they politely said, “Ring the bell when you’re ready.” However, our experience on Saturday night around 10 PM was very different. The staff member with a ponytail and curly bun had the worst attitude I have ever experienced, was not welcoming, and borderline rude. While the ice cream was good, customer service is everything. When I kindly mentioned this to her shift leader, I overheard her say, “Someone is complaining about me, but I don’t really care,” which was extremely disappointing. Overal

There ice cream is super yummy! I wish this place had a lot more business. This business is a great place for couples to go on dates together. My wife loved it!
