What a Find!!! Absolutely loved our lunch at Bosphorous in Tampa—a total gem that lives up to its reputation. We stopped in midday and were immediately made to feel welcome. The mezza platter was fresh, generous, and beautifully balanced, with flavors that felt both comforting and vibrant. Our wrap and kebabs were perfectly seasoned, tender, and clearly made with care—exactly the kind of meal that makes you slow down and savor every bite. Dinner was great! The hummus, mahamarra, and lentil soup were great. This was our first time and we can’t wait to eat at the new location in Wesley Chapel. Our server Jorge was kind and attentive.

We stopped by today to get lunch and it was amazing! We started with mixed appetizer and lavas. Lavas was fresh, hot and flavorful! Mix appetizers platter(was recommended by our server) had a lot of tasty samples. It was very fulfilling even though it didn’t look that big. Definitely a great option for someone who’s struggling to make a choice or wants to try a lot of dishes at the same time! After that we ordered lamb chops, lamb shanks and mixed grill platter. Lamb shanks were very soft and perfectly seasoned, lamb chops were incredibly tasty, served with some rice and grilled vegetables. Mixed grill platter had a lot of meet options, served with some onions, pickled red cabbage, shredded carrots and a big portion of rice, definitely enough to feed not 2 but 3 people! We went last night and it was amazing. Catherine was our server and she truly made the entire experience unforgettable. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and knew the menu inside and out. Her recommendations were perfect, especially for first-time visitors like us. Everything she suggested was spot on, and honestly, I’d want to sit in her section again next time because she really elevated the whole experience. We ordered the mixed grill, lamb chops, and the select two with hummus and babaganoush. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also ordered tea and dessert, and the blueberry mojito was delicious. This is such a gem in South Tampa. We stumbled onto this place as we were driving in the area wanting to try something new. My son and thoroughly enjoyed this place. This place was so pretty on the inside. You would not know that from the outside as you cannot see the interior from outside. This place is perfect for a group or date night. We sat at the bar and received awesome service. The manager came over several times to check on us. The food is authentic and full of flavor as Turkish food should be.
