Ok y’all, remember the Disney movie Ratatouille when the critic had the flashback after eating the food? That was me today when I ate this chicken sammich! It was so good and the fries are crispy. Love the atmosphere and the overall vibe of the place. Definitely a must try!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and my order was taken by a smiling polite young lady at the registrar. She was knowledgeable about the products. I received my order it was fresh and hot. The chicken was moist and fresh. Lemonade was sweet and refreshing. The manager was very nice too. I feel in love with their chocolate chip cookie with sea salt. It was just delicious. I recommend taking a stop at Bossy Beulah’s. This place has a cool old time feel down to the music. Lovely experience thanks to everyone who contributed to my meal. I will be back. See ya there!!!

After church, my daughter Laura, her daughter Elena, David (Elena's boyfriend), Linda, and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at the new Bossy Beulah's by Concord Mills. The food and fellowship were awesome. We sat outside to take advantage of this beautiful autumn day with which God has blessed us. The staff was personable and professional and made us feel valued as customers. I relished a chicken salad wrap combo with potato salad as did my wife of 55 years of marital bliss. My daughter loved her quinoa salad. Elena and Daivd wolfed down a cheesy “beaut” combo and a hot thigh sandwich along with lots of fries. I admit to sampling a few fries. A strong first impression! Way better experience than the dry biscuit place with the long line next door, you know the one. Friendly service and people in the kitchen actually seem to care about what they put out. Food was well cooked, hot thigh sandwich didn’t have much spice, but good flavor, slightly heavy on the mayo, fries were generous and fresh, slaw was surprisingly tasty and crunchy, considering it’s a bland afterthought at most places. The only reason it loses a star is because the food isn’t that distinctive when you look at other chicken shops like PDQ nearby. It’s not bad, but could have a better crust and more spices, bun is forgettable. Sauce options are a bit limited, but the bbq has a nice smoky flavor, and the ranch tastes homemade.

I want to give a huge shout out to Shica, Justin, Daniel, and Ozell! The four of them have amazing attitudes, chemistry, are extremely personable, helpful, and so much more. We took their suggestions and Are so glad that we listened. This was our first time, but definitely not going to be our last! If you are wanting a fresh, juicy, seasoned, chicken anything this is the place to go to. I highly recommend and I give 1 million thumbs up! Even though we loved the food, The staff made it even more enjoyable. Little side note, it is a very, very clean establishment!
