★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience – Never Returning Our visit to Boston Pizza was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. First, the hostess who welcomed us was dressed in a completely inappropriate way for a family restaurant. Her extremely tight leggings and exposed chest made her look unprofessional and out of place. It set a very uncomfortable tone right away. Second, while we were eating, she actually started sweeping the floor around our table. This was at 7 PM — two full hours before closing. We literally ate with dust being swept around us. Completely unacceptable. Third, the sangria jug we ordered was a total misrepresentation of what is shown on the menu. Had lunch today at Boston Pizza Osoyoos and it hit the spot. Our waitress, Jazmine, was an absolute delight—friendly, quick, and clearly on top of her game. The only “incident” was my cheesy mac making a daring escape attempt off the plate as it was set down (gravity won, but no one was harmed). Food was great, service even better, and the staff made the whole experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered over $100 in pizza, wings, breadsticks, etc and they wouldn’t allow us to sub in boneless and bone-in wings only letting us choose one or the other even when our game day meal includes 3 separate orders of wings. This has not been a problem in our home area White Rock or Langley locations, ever. My wife loves the bone-in chicken wings and will not touch the other type. So our party was not happy with that and the pizzas themselves were scarce, cheese weird… online ordering didn’t work so that sucked. best thing was the park outback - gyro park on the water while you wait

My mom and I just spent $155 on dinner here and these were some of our experiences.. 1. Food came but there was no sharing plates, cutlery or napkins. We had to ask for them. 2. Food was ok. Not a lot of flavour. Wings were cooked really well we love them but the sauce was not that good. Honey hot was only hot there was no sweetness from honey. My chili and lime wings were only salty and slightly sour but no lime taste. Bandera bread is always good no complaints there. 3. Main courses came one at a time. Steak was literally so tough and chewy we could barely cut through it with the steak knife! Also when the steak came there was only a knife with it. No fork! Lol! And the steak knife was literally falling apart. My Mac and cheese was decent but bland. Asked for salt, server says yes and

DO NOT PLUG YOUR PHONE IN THEIR PORTABLE TABLE CHARGERS . My son plugged in his brand new IPHONE and it FRIED his battery completely. It is was COMPLETELY fine going in and when we left it went from 20% to 1% on an instant and now will not charge at all. We have other pictures that PROVE this happened at this EXACT moment we were there. Waiting for the manager to call us back tomorrow. Our server was REALLY nice. Attentive.
