Botanas Juice Bar & Snacks

I came in for 3 items 2 drinks and a snack, waited over 30 minutes. However it wasn’t just the wait time once my items were ready the employee was bagging my items (the two drinks, were put into a cup holder for two drinks then put in a bag) one of the drinks spilled. Now i understand accidents happen all the time and I’m understanding of that however I’m not satisfied with how it was handled the drink had spilled facing me and so it ended up on my pants and hand but I wasn’t even offered a napkin to clean my hand off and I feel the employee didn’t handle the situation accordingly as she just laughed and said she’d remake it and had to wait even more time for my item to be remade after already waiting over half an hour when normally I’m in and out within 5 minutes.

Botanas Juice Bar is a great go-to for fresh juices and tasty snacks! The food quality is really good and the flavors are always on point. Service and atmosphere could use some improvement but the food speaks for itself. A reliable healthy spot worth checking out!

I don’t know what happened to this place. I used to come before, a few months ago. The place was inviting, with their colorful murals and decorated interior, with a display of Mexican candy and snacks you can buy. Now, it’s all very empty looking inside, and not very inviting and welcoming. The menu is also much smaller than before, and more expensive.

The food is amazing. I got the botana torta and the flamin’ hot Cheetos elote. The ambience is very homey and calm. I will definitely be returning to try the other items.
