Botolino Gelato Artigianale

Consistently good, fresh, delicious gelato, Italian flavors, unique designed desserts and cakes. Excellent coffee to boot and pleasant service. Not the comfiest vibe but DEFINITELY GO here. You will not be dissapointed. Imho its very underrated but in the top 5 for dfw.

I am not a dairy ice cream person but I love, LOVE sorbet. Botolino has some of the best and most unique flavors. I have visited this location as well as the Royal Ln one. They both are great. The only real difference between the two is it is easier to get into and park at this one. I look forward to seeing what new flavor thy have each time I visit. My favorite so far has been an orange basil, shown in the photo with a berry flavored one. Who would have thought that those two ingredients would match well together in a sorbet? I also really liked the lavender mint. The only downside is that the flavors change all of the time so you might not find your favorite on your next visit.

On a hot summer day in Plano, Botolino Gelato was exactly what I needed. I ordered the coffee affogato and WOW—what a treat! The espresso was rich and bold, poured hot over their creamy gelato, creating the perfect contrast of warm and cold. Topped with crunchy chocolate bits, it was pure decadence in a glass. The interior is modern and cheerful with beautiful tile details and a welcoming vibe. You can tell they put care into every detail—from presentation to flavor. Their dessert display alone is worth the visit—mini works of art behind glass. Whether you’re a gelato purist or just need a mid-day pick-me-up, Botolino hits the sweet spot. Highly recommend!

We have gelato vanilla chocolate flavor, it is smooth and fine creamy. Cake is very beautiful and looks delicious Chocolate is also beautiful made Definitely marking favorite sweet tooth place

Crazy love it.👍😍👏 Came up here to re-edited comments after I came back home (Taiwan). After the Snow disaster lockdown last week ,my friend took me to my favorite shop Botolino to have ice cream again before I go home…it was a very happy night with friends … too happy ….😆 Then, When I was on friend’s car on the way back I suddenly realized I left my purse in Botolino!😂😂😂 So we drove back to see if my purse was still there….. Thank God!!! It was still there!!! I am so grateful to the young ladies in Botolino! Thank you all . So I can have a happy ending trip in Dallas and I will be back to have more ice cream to show my gratitude to Botolino in Plano.❤️
