DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY OR PICKUP, every single time I’ve ordered delivery the food is smaller portions and not made well. This last time I paid $20 for a sandwich with almost zero sauce, and zero avocado- I had to spread the goat cheese myself bc it was in a big scoop right in the center. Last time I ordered pick up same thing but didn’t take pictures to give it the benefit of the doubt

Check your bread when you go. I didn’t and it’s a two hour drive for us and I get home and the whole package was moldy… not going back to this location very disappointing. We got to this location at 10am then the lady charged us for coffee that wasn’t even brewed. 20 min we were waiting for coffee the employee didn’t care that we were waiting. We ended up getting a refund for the coffee bc we waited so long. The employees don’t seem to care for their customers. The place has gone down hill in the last year. The employees act like it’s our fault that we asked for the refund. I wouldn’t have even of wrote this review if it wasn’t for the moldy bread I received so mad and grossed out by it. The food is still good, not much change to quality over the years like some other places. I love the pick two for the most bang for your buck. The sandwiches and salads are always good with a soup (always upgrade to the bread bowl for $1). The staff can be slow sometimes when they’re busy, but always nice! Plus join the rewards and get a free bread every month. Winning!

Honestly I come here often and the food is always delicious and the customer service is usually always good up until today. I came in today 3/9/26 at 7:05 pm and a girl with glasses helped take my order and she sounded like she was irritated off the bat. I asked a question about what comes inside a sandwich and she acted like I was stupid for asking. I then looked for a place to sit and all the tables and booths were filled with crumbs and spills and I asked her if I can get the table cleaned and she looked at me with a face and didn’t bother saying “I’m so sorry about that” basically no hospitality at all. Every time I ask anyone else here they never have an issue they are so sweet and kind and thoughtful and polite. But this girl seemed very irritated for no reason .

They are perfect sandwich place. Beast bread 🥖 Cobb salad is awesome 👏 kids meal Mac and cheese is okay but cookie and juice makes up for down point of being Kraft. Tomato 🍅 bowel soup is really really good . Free bread 🥖 is always nice for next day !
