Was there celebrating a friend’s birthday. Food was fine. Service was fine. The only thing that was disappointing and the reason why I left is because I went to the bar and ordered a cocktail. No biggie. I go back to the bar and ordered the exact same cocktail which was made by a different person and I was charged a different price. The quickest way to piss me off is to have bartenders steal from me. The amount is minimal and I don’t care about that but it is the principle of the matter. Which means they do it all the time so they are stealing from the patrons that go there and that’s not right.

This was our first time at this location and it was a great experience overall. The concierge was helpful and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Our server was attentive and friendly, which added to the good vibes. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and we had a really enjoyable time bowling. Definitely planning to come back!

We had a fun time bowling and letting my kids do their thing in the arcade for a bit. Problem started when I went to cash out my bar tab. While we waited to bowl, my husband and I ordered some drinks at the bar. We later went to the pool table that was by the bar to play with our kids. We always tip well as I was a bartender myself but I noticed on our tab an 18% “service charge” AT THE BAR!!! So I asked the waitress about it and she said it was NOT part of their tip but that every tab has it. LATER when we moved to our lane, we asked our waiter there about this fee and he said, “oh that’s just the tip for us. It is on all the checks but I can remove it if you want. It’s not mandatory.” Super nice and honest and said that was their tip. Bartender was lying just as I suspected. He got an A

Fun night out with lots of different game options! The only thing missing was foosball. The unlimited game card is a great idea!

My date canceled on me last minute. Nonetheless I went anyway. I had a good time. The concierge credited me for the no-show although I didn't ask them to. I had a good time alone. Charlie took good care of me and checked in on several times. The oreo shake was dope. Thank you.
