Capable firm. Reasonable expertise. I used them for a family/small business return for 2023 and 2024. This return is not overly complex but not quite simple either. Do not expect from this firm: any timely follow up, friendly customer service, or up front/transparent rates. Do expect from this firm: attitude, surprise bills, and minimum explanation of what's going on that leaves you more confused than where you started. I hired a CPA firm to be experts and help me file correctly. I guess they did the job but it was expensive and not a good experience overall.
Nick and Bruce are great. Great partners for our small business and personal accounting needs.
