Brady's Smoke House & The Headquarters

I am first going to say that I've lived in Kansas City I have had amazing BBQ from Arthur Bryant to jack stack to B.B. lawn side to Johnny's in KC me and my fiance were excited to try this place out as there really is no good BBQ around. We got brisket, sausages, pulled pork and their burgers along with their sides which were cheesy potatoes and green beans and their pumpkin spice cake 81.00 to be exact. Let's go from bad to good. Their brisket was tough to thick and chewy and way over smoked didn't even eat it went in the trash. The sausages were ok at best the pulled pork was good but not great the winner was the cheese burgers those are good. The cheesy potatoes where great and hands down the winner those green beans I wish I had a whole bucket of them overall not great and not worth th

The best food in Graham County and possibly the world. Delicious barbeque- love their steaks and ribs. Even the side are out of this world.

My fiancé and I had been planning to try Brady’s Smoke House since right before they had to temporarily shut down due to a water line blowing. Specifically my fiancé, was really looking forward to it as there are not too many BBQ places around our area (we live in Stockton).. The best BBQ we have found around here has been Billy Sims in Hays Kansas and after our first experience trying Brady’s Smoke House, we still stand on this. Our young kids and I travelled a little over an hour round trip to pick up our take-out order and bring the food home.. We paid $81 for a Pulled Pork meal, Sausage meal, 2 cheeseburgers, smoked brisket and two desserts (we believe to be pumpkin spice cake). -The meals included green beans, cheesy potatoes and a dinner roll with butter.-Personally, I was not fond o

Not enough words to describe the amazing flavors!!! We had Brady’s brisket, potatoes, and peach cobbler and it was heaven in my mouth!!!! By far the best BBQ I’ve ever had. So thankful to have Brady’s Smokehouse in our little community. I promise it’s worth the drive if you live outside of the Hill City area!
