We truly could not have imagined a more perfect place to celebrate our reception than at Brass Bear Uptown! We worked with Emily, who's responsiveness and genuine sincerity that ultimately led us to booking and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made! 💕 From day one, she made us feel heard, supported, and cared for. No matter how many questions I asked, how many times I changed my mind, and no matter how many ideas I had.. Emily helped me bring my vision to life. She never once seemed bothered, only kind, patient, and reassuring. Her attention to detail, quick communication, and calm presence gave us so much confidence throughout the entire planning process. Brass Bear never disappoints when it comes to the food! The two things that always stand out and a must order are the French fries and grilled cheese. Simple yes, but flavor wise they are both worthy of praise! The French fries are crispy, airy and perfectly seasoned. Trust me order them! The grilled cheese is buttery and toasty. Made with two year aged cheddar, Jack and Parmesan making it savory and delicious. The first bite is always a wow factor. I didn't order the grilled cheese this time, because I was craving a burger. I ordered the brass bear burger cooked medium which was prepared perfectly. My friends had the brisket tacos and loaded fries. I sampled the loaded fries and the meat was tender and flavorful. From the moment we first reached out to Brass Bear, they went above and beyond to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted for our wedding dinner. All of the staff were amazing and were very helpful throughout the whole dinner. The food was bomb and the private bar was amazing. They ordered special bottled Dr Pepper for us! (: Everyone had such a great time and we can't recommend this place enough. Thank you especially to Emily, Charity, and Mike for making our special day so special!

We held an informal wedding rehearsal dinner for about 50 people here. Emily, the events coordinator, provided excellent service and communication to us before the event, laying out different options that best suited our vision for the event. Their online events portal was convenient and made it easy to make sure we were all on the same page. During the event, Kenzie, and all the staff provided excellent service, making it easy to order and receive drinks. The appetizers were delicious and are guests loved the drinks. Beautiful view from the outdoor patio and well decorated. Great place for any type of group event/dinner or just a drink and some good food!

We have held two different private events for 120+ guests at the Brass Bear Uptown and have had wonderful experiences. The events coordinator and the entire staff is very professional, competent and strive to make sure the guests are taken care of. The food and beverage options are varied and delicious, and well received by all guests. The private indoor dining room, as well as the patio space, is a welcoming environment, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the SB mountain views! They also provide plenty of patio heaters for cooler evenings. We have had fantastic events and look forward to more at the Brass Bear Uptown!
