Bratts Hill by Chef Darian

​We dropped in to check out Bratts Hill and enjoy a nightcap. Despite the high energy and a full house, the bartenders were incredibly welcoming. The lighting was perfectly dialed in, enhancing the upscale atmosphere. We noticed delicious-looking dishes heading to tables and plenty of happy guests. With roll-up doors at both the front and rear, I imagine this would be a fantastic, breezy spot during the summer months.

Had some family in town for the weekend and always wanted to have dinner at Bratts Hill. Dinner, drinks as well the generous and friendly support of their entire staff was stupendous!! We made culinary memories that will act as the standard for any restaurant that we visit after this. It really was spectacular!

Amazing experience, customer was on point, the aroma of the food was a tease to the senses but the taste was immaculate. Remember that your preference to food does not make a dish bad, and with tha said, check the contents of the disha and choice what will make you taste buds and your tummy happy. One thing that blew my mind as simple as it may seen was the plantain humus.....looooookkkkk it was so good. The sweet yet slight savory taste sent a plethora of sensations through my mouth and settled with such comfort into my tummy. Take yourself and your family and your friends, tell a neighbor as a matter of fact tell a stranger of your experience, and enjoy the food and ambience of Brett's Hill by Chef Darien and his crew. Loved it and I will be back

I had an incredible dining experience at Bratts Hill by Chef Darian in Larkin Square! From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. We started with the cassava fries with aioli, which were crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned, an elevated take on comfort food. The Taste of Jamaica saltfish and ackee spring rolls were such a unique fusion dish, with the familiar flavors of a traditional Jamaican breakfast wrapped in a crunchy, shareable bite.
