Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Visited this Braum's location on one of the 86 degree days. Had a banana fudge single scoop. Nice fresh real banana. Visited with our car traveling Buc-ee.

Beyond great service! Ice cream sundaes! Absolutely delicious c burgers were nice and delicious. Fries!!! On point! Hot, and just the right amount of salt! They were always cleaning the tables and making sure everything was wiped!

😭😭😭why y'all didn't wait the extra 30 seconds on the grill for the cheese to melt on the burger patty?? I was okay with waiting!! Girl that cheese was FRESH OUT THE FREEZER when you plopped it on that burger! It ain't gonna melt when it's off the grill, not when it's THAT cold! That first bite was a hate crime on me 😭😭 and it wasn't just a crime against my taste buds, it also hurt my feelings!! It felt like I was about to enjoy a meal, and then someone walked up to my car and made fun of my daddy to my face. AND MY DADDY'S DEAD, he dead as hell!!! I normally eat anything that's put in front of me, and this is the one and only time I returned food for a refund on the basis of taste; I was that unprepared for how bad that arctic cheese was gonna hit. Y'all did me soooo dirty, imma go curl up

I was extremely unhappy with my order and the reasoning now doesn't matter because the manager Juan heard my complaint and fixed the situation no questions asked. He was only concerned that I was a satisfied customer at the end. He personally took my order and walked the food himself to my vehicle. I cannot honestly remember the last time I had such exceptional service from anywhere. I will be eating there much more often Juan you have more than earned my business. Thank you!

Food was great. Service in the grocery was amazing but not so much in the restaurant. I had to ask for some of the items I ordered that wasn't in the bag. I also had to ask my drink cup and wasn't given enough for all the meals I ordered and didn't realized until getting home.
