Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

First time here. . One of the better braums I been to . .slightly smaller than most braums. Got a double dip fancy Sunday. Caitlyn not sure if its with a C or K didnt have the name on the receipt was fantastic with making the Sunday super courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend over some of the other Braums

Listen… I should’ve known. It’s an ice cream place. Why I decided to order a full burger meal is on me 😂 First mistake. I got the burger combo and let’s just say… it was not good at all. The only reason I ate it was because we were traveling and my stomach was literally touching my back. It was survival mode at that point. The fries had no seasoning and the burger just was not appetizing. Service was okay, no complaints there which is why I’m not rating it terribly low. Moral of the story, Braum’s is for ice cream. I should’ve stuck to what they Braum best🍦 and next time I’m keeping it sweet only.

Headed back to San Antonio and just passing through. Very impressed. There were a group of young individuals working but you could tell they were a great team. They communicated well with each other on orders and if they weren't sure the manager would have them ask the customer to clarify. They were laughing and talking but cleaning, restocking and prepping orders at the same time. It wasn't obnoxious, they were very respectful and made the atmosphere lighthearted and enjoyable... THESE GUYS are the reason i will be stopping here my next time driving through.

The burgers and salad are acceptable, the spicy chicken club was better than typical chicken sandwiches. The ice cream is very good and their no sugar added ice doesn't miss a beat. Definitely save room for ice cream if u go here for a meal.

My hubby loves the banana split and how you can customize it....I love their different sherbet flavors.....they have a mini grocery store as well....burgers and fries are great....its a nice one stop shop......
