Bravo Supermarket

I'm usually never one to leave a bad review or give a low score ESPECIALLY if it's from a place that I frequent! Today was different! Today I had a rough day since I woke up, I have a 3 yr old autistic son who I took with me to the store, not even thinking clearly I made a $40 purchase, I realized after that I used the wrong card & politely asked if they could do a refund, I was gonna pay with another card. As the manager came over to authorize the refund, he started to insult me & question me about why I wanted to do the refund, & saying that is was weird behavior. Mind you this a place that I frequent a lot, I've spent a lot of $$ here, at least $50 or more every time I come . So for the manager to insult me & make it seem like I was trying to steal or do some shady shit, was absolutely

biked here with my backpack to carry my groceries home and they wouldn't let me shop unless I left my bag at the front of the store. why would I leave my bag unattended at a place where you are concerned people are stealing bananas. makes no sense.

Bravo is a very good store, everything is here and inexpensively. I come here once every eight days and I get the cost of normal food 5 dollars a day! Here is an example of the price today, January 4 in the photos, very cheap!

If you crave Guatemalan food, this is your place. Clean store, helpful employees. Great prices, especially on fruits and vegetables. The prepared foods didn't look too appetizing at our recent visit on a late Sunday afternoon, but based on the line to get take-out, it must be good. Portions being dished up were huge.
