Bread & Buttercream Bakery

Visited for the first time today. Tried a variety of their items including cheesecake, tiramisu, cookies, and cupcakes. The lady was extremely helpful, explaining all of their products and even threw in a free roll for us to try. Went back within the hour to get more rolls for our dinner. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS! My family fought over the delectables we brought home. The tiramisu was our favorite along with the peanut butter cookie. This is our new bakery and we will definitely be going back! Highly, highly recommend.

A true hidden gem in North Wilmington! They always have a fantastic array of delicious baked goods, breads, and tomato pie for sale. I’d highly recommend their monstrous peanut butter cookies, and of course their constantly rotating flavors of cupcakes and macarons. We’ve also ordered a couple cakes and pies ahead of time that were fantastic. The service is always super friendly, and occasionally if you stop in at the right time you’ll be lucky enough to catch a sample from their latest experiment in the back.

I love this adorable little bakery. They certainly do a lot from croissants, cookies, cakes, macaroons, and bread to tomato pie! Everything I’ve had from here has been delicious- I especially love their tomato pie and macaroons! Recently, I ordered a cake and the carrot cake with the cream cheese buttercream was so amazing I had to post this review. For me, a person who likes desserts with balance and that aren’t over the top sweet, I find their cake and icing to be perfect. Get a cake you won’t be disappointed! Adding to this review as we just celebrated another birthday with a bread and buttercream cake and this was the best one yet! My daughter loves strawberry so it was a strawberry cake with strawberry butter cream and strawberries inside and out. Absolutely delicious cake and so cut

Delicieux. J’ai fait la decouverte d’une excellente patisseries . I highly recommend the Napoleon. There’s fresh bread and baguettes . They are so friendly .
