Unique and Flavorful sandwiches. We enjoyed the pastrami on sourdough and the burnt ends on a roll. Well prepared and delicious
Stopped here for lunch. You self order from monitors in the entry. For dine in, you order, pay and take a seat, they bring the food out. Minimal wait. They seem to have a full bar. I had the chicken sandwich and partner had the Avocado Greens Micro Greens salad. Salad had nuts and a variety of veggies. Bothe excellent. The chicken was roasted and spiced just right on their homemade bread. Quantity was perfect if you're hungry. We also bought a bag of bread slices, which were great to munch on as we traveled.
I was unfortunately underwhelmed with my experience here. The place has a nice presentation and creative items on the menu, but didn't follow through in the fundamentals. I ordered the wagyu burnt ends sandwich, an interesting proposition that should hook anybody, but waited a very long time and wasn't happy with the food. The burnt ends meat was quite dry and It didn't make much difference in their quality if they were actually wagyu meat or not. For a portion on the smaller side the final cost and quality of the meal and drink wasn't worth it. On paper the menu is quite interesting, if they work on the details of the food and service it has a lot of potential but I was disappointed in the sandwich I got this time.
Wow! Wanted to grab a simple sandwich on our way out of town...were totally amazed by the awesome sandwich options here. Ended up dining in, adding the yummy duck fat fries and some unsweetened ice tea to our delicious sandwiches (he did pastrami and I did burnt ends). Loved the easy self-order system that let me customize our choices.
Best turkey sandwich I’ve ever had? Quite possibly. The fries and aioli flight too were remarkable. Price is wildly steep but I guess that’s California vacation towns for you. Still, the quality of these items, unlike many instances, may warrant it. If you’re a sandwich aficionado, look no further: this is a must visit.
