It was my first time at this establishment, and I was looking forward to trying the pizza due to its positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant. I arrived with my friend and was not greeted at all; the staff did not acknowledge us and went straight to preparing the pizza. After standing there for almost 10 minutes, I approached the counter to ask about my order, only to find that it had already been ready and had simply been kept warm. This lack of acknowledgment from the staff shows poor customer service. To make matters worse, the pizza itself was disappointing. It had significant oven burn, was overly salty, and was not enjoyable to eat. Overall, I will not recommend this place, and I do not plan to return. The experience felt very unprofessional. 👎

BricknFire Pizza was such a great surprise! I didn’t expect a pizza restaurant inside a Marriott to be anything special, but it was absolutely top notch. We tried the Foodie and the Meat Lovers pizzas — both were crispy, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavor. The crust had that perfect crunch without being too heavy, and the toppings were fresh and thoughtfully put together. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — whether you’re staying at the hotel or not, BricknFire is well worth it!

OMG- I am a very picky eater and I don’t go crazy over pizza however this place is a hidden gem. I stopped by after checking into the Hilton after 8pm on a Thursday night and was looking for something quick to eat. I saw that this place was across the street. So I go in and order a small cheese pizza and the man made it, put it in the oven and I paid. Within 2-3 minutes the pizza was out and in a box and he handed it to me. Well to say I was skeptical is putting it lightly. The walk back I just knew this pizza was going to be doughy and not fully cooked. I got to my room and sat down and it was crispy and the cheese was fully melted. I took a bite and this was absolutely the BEST pizza I have ever eaten. I mean wow!!!! It was so good that I was so full but I just wanted the last 2 pieces.

Wow! What a nice surprise. This is a small pizza place in front of the Marriott Hotel in downtown Baltimore and it’s GREAT! We were tired and hungry and it was getting late. We didn’t want to walk somewhere in the brutal cold, so we ordered a pizza to take to the room. Fresh ingredients, hot right out of the pizza oven and delicious. Employees were informative and helpful. We will definitely eat here again when in the city.
