We heard great things about this place from their features on WTAJ’s Studio 814. The food always looks amazing, and you can tell the owner puts a lot of pride into his work to make great food. So we went out of our way to visit Mount Union to get some Bricktown Kickn’ Chicken takeout. We had to try their huge chicken pies, and we also got some fresh fried chicken and potato wedges. I’m a big pot pie fan, and this one did not disappoint! It fed three of us and we still had half as leftovers! We got ordered ours frozen, so if you do so, give it plenty of time to thaw in advance, then bake it as instructed. It is so thick, you’ll need a good thermometer to make sure it cooked all the way through. But the seasoning was great, and the crust is so hearty on top and bottom! Also, the fried ch

We stopped here on the way home from a camping trip. Kids got Sheetz, but my husband and I wanted more “grown up” food. This place sounded good so we preferred online. The food was delicious! I had a Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and my husband had the beef brisket sandwich. We got potato wedges and French fries. The fries could have been cooked longer - they were more chewy than crispy. But that’s just a personal preference. The wedges were seasoned well. Both sandwiches had a lot of flavor. But really the show stopper was the staff. The women working there were just incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even let us eat at the small table there so we didn’t have to eat in our car. I will definitely stop again if I’m in the area. It’s a great choice for food if you’re driving throug

12 wings were great, forgot bbq sauce. Both types of fries were okay though cold. Brisket sandwich was so dry I couldn't bite through it, also pretty charred. It smelled kinda weird... took one bite and threw it away. Forgot the mashed potatoes we paid for. Idk. Wouldn't go again. Where the heck are my mashed 🥔 🥔 🥔?!?!!?! I liked the creepy drive through tbh. Vibes were cool.

I would probably give this a two, and then come back and give them a second chance, but I drove over an hour to get there. The facebook and Google info have it listed as dine in, that’s simply not true. They have a couple of tables that they set outside in the summer and during good weather. They also have no awnings for overhead protection. You walk in and you are at the carry out counter, with the kitchen in FULL view behind it. I ordered the Hot Nashville chicken sandwich with a side of potato wedges. It wasn’t a true hot Nashville sandwich, it had two fried chicken tenders (overcooked and very dry) that hadn’t been dipped in hot Nashville chili oil, it had been dipped in Franks red hot sauce. The coleslaw on top, was made in house and rather tasty. The potato wedges were delicious. Th

Food is usually really good here. Two young girls working on a Friday night. None said hello when I walked in. I guessed they assumed I was there for a takeout and they were right this time, but what if I wasn’t? Stood there for a few minutes. Very odd. I called 4 times before they answered for the takeout. Ordered a hot sausage but didn’t look like the picture. Chicken was cold.
