Bronx House Pizza - Port Orange

*Edit* Since posting the review below I had the opportunity to speak to a manager who was very kind and understanding of my concerns. He went out of his way to make it right and due to this I would consider trying them again. I am leaving my original review up for transparency. Original review: I have eaten at other Bronx House locations and they were always great but this is my first time at this one, I was very disappointed. I got 2 pizzas (1 plain cheese and 1 Popeye) and a garden salad and my total was $62, I waited 70 minutes for pickup, the plain cheese was WAY overdone, and the Popeye had maybe a dozen leaves of spinach when the other locations cover the pizza. The worst part is that the pizza was cold, both pies. They kept telling me it wasn't ready but then they hand me overcooke

Calzones were big & good but a lot of ricotta cheese more than the meat calzone ordered. Then I found a piece of plastic casing in it. I informed the waitress she took it back to show who I don't know. Anyway nobody came out to address the issue,apologize or offer any compensation

We ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza and a buffalo chicken pizza. First time trying their pizza, I’m from the Buffalo area and good pizza is hard to find here.Delivery was a little longer, but worth the wait. It was the best pizza I have had in this area. Thank you! This is our place from now on. A slice was taken before I got the pic of pepperoni lol

Love this place. Staff so friendly! Meatball sliders are amazing! Pizza so authentic and not commercial tastings...NY style!

Just had food here tonight. Server was communicative. But we ordered appetizer and entrees, took 30 mins until we got our appetizer. Entrees came quickly after and they were not hot. Also got the wrong meal and charged for a premium wine when my wife didn’t specify premium. Server offered to buy us dessert but we declined because nothing should come out of her pocket. We both have worked food service and totally understand things happen but just thought it would’ve been appropriate for management to come by and comp something off our bill, at least charge us for the correct items. Didn't ask for manager because it was a long day. We love the Ormond location but would not return to this Port Orange location.
