Brooklyn Pizza Parlor (Colony road)

Looking for a new pizza spot led me to Brooklyn Pizza Parlor, located at 7725 Colony Rd, Charlotte, NC 28226. Here’s what I ordered: Meatza Pizza This pizza comes with pepperoni, Italian sausage, beef, and ham on a thin crust. Overall, I needed more sauce. Without it, the pizza felt more like an oversized breadstick, and the toppings didn’t blend together the way they should have. Buffalo Wings I asked for them fried hard, but it seems that request was overlooked. The buffalo sauce itself had good flavor, but the wings just didn’t hit the mark—the meat wasn’t very appetizing. I would consider giving them a second try because the menu has a lot to choose from, but one employee (who seemed like a manager) really dimmed the experience. While I was there, the phone rang. Having been to several NY pizza joints, this is very close to NY. Great staff. I got the White and the Nonna (corner, not a side lol). Definitely recommend!

Really good vodka sauce, the trio nonni was my favorite. Definitely my style pizza the cheese pizza was a little underwhelming. The meatza was okay. The staff was great, lots of indoor out door seating. Lots of parking it’s located in a shopping center

I ride by this location daily on the way to and from work. Today, me and my son stopped by and we were absolutely blown away. We usually go to Hawthornes Pizza when we have our pizza fix, but after today's visit, that will change immediately. From the different slices we tried, to the customer service and atmosphere, hands down the best pizza around. Great job guys. We will be returning soon!

Absolutely terrific service! Staff is super attentive, and it’s really nice to be asked if you want your beverage refilled when your cup is only half empty…and not just once, but for as long as you are visiting. Everyone wears smiles and has a good sense of humor. The food selection and the pricing are unbeatable. It isn’t fine dining, but for some great casual dining, I love it!
