I had a very disappointing experience with the library’s services. The computers take an excessive amount of time—approximately 10 minutes—to load. When I asked staff for assistance, their responses were dismissive and appeared annoyed, and they made no real effort to help. I needed to make a copy of an important work-related form on a larger paper size. The printer clearly displayed a message indicating that the paper tray needed to be refilled. I informed the librarian of this issue, but she repeatedly insisted that it did not need refilling and instructed me to “just try again,” without checking the printer or attempting to assist. Librarian acted as if I was impeding on her cellphone screen time. Wouldn’t actually help me with the machines. I had to FaceTime a friend with better vision so they could help me and tell me what the screens say. If you don’t want to work, call out sick. Don’t come in and be rude to people who don’t even know you. So much for hospitality smh

Speaking as a library maven, this place is a okay local branch. They will help with interlibrary loan as well as getting books and materials from other branches. Alot of people come to use computers. Staff mostly pretty great.

We attend the Baby/Toddler Storytime. Ms. Juana is excellent at engaging the kids and keeping the duration of the session vibrant and fun, and phone free!
