The staff here are VERY helpful. The children’s room has door and for this location it’s needed. The library needs some love. What is up with all the temp AC units? Fix that! The main library is getting their facade cleaned but this library can’t get proper AC?

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your thoughts and will take the space and layout into consideration as we continue to improve the facility for all visitors.

I visited this library today while looking for a place to work. The library smelled like a park restroom. When I went upstairs and pulled one chair out. I saw what looked like fecal matter on the black plastic chair. I know this is not related to librarians. Keeping the library clean can be very challenging. But it did shock me. If you enter here and it smelled bad, just turn around and leave at the door.

This is a VERY loud library, people talk loudly on their phones, eat in the library, watch videos without headphones and have loud conversations. It feels more like a market place than a library! The library is often full of homeless people and while it"s a nice thought to allow everyone in and give people shelter during the day, some of these people are roaming around in the library, running speaking loudly to themselves or trying to strike upon conversations and misbehave on rather often occasion. The library staff does not interfere at all!

Great space in a big city if you're only looking to pick up a book, but bring your noise cancelling headphones if you plan to stay. People speak loudly and play videos and games on their mobile phones with the volume way up.
