Brooklyn Water Bagel

I will say that I’m spoiled from going to the Ft. Lauderdale BWB. This location isn’t as modern and clean. The coffee it’s on tap but the coffee cubes are serve yourself. The service was fast and friendly, I will say this was the BEST Brooklyn water bagel I’ve ever had. The everything seasoning was incredible, the bagel was so fresh and delicious. I was very happy with the food quality.

As you can tell from the pictures, what are these?? We ordered bagels with strawberry cream cheese. From what they gave, it looks like milk that went bad. Doesn’t even look like cream cheese. On top of that, it’s not even strawberry cream cheese, it’s regular cream cheese with strawberry jelly?!? Worst tasting bagels. Putting a bad rep to the real NY bagels. Do not come here to eat. You will be DISAPPOINTED.

I had the Parmesan cheese bagel with cream cheese and cheese, of course with hashbrowns. The bagels were really good nice and soft not chewy and tough like other establishments.

From Jersey & I'm in South Florida. Ordered Taylor ham, egg & cheese on onion bagel. The bagel was flat and chewy- undercooked. The eggs were pre-made & heated in microwave. The Taylor ham was spiced ham not even close to Taylor ham. You could see right through it. Staff was rude, place was dirty. Just overall disgusting!!!! Look at the so called "taylor ham"

’ve been going to Brooklyn Water Bagel for years, but today was very disappointing. My breakfast sandwich was made with spoiled, brown lettuce It was clearly not fresh and completely ruined my meal. When I called, I was only told I could get a refund next time — no apology or concern at all. As a long-time customer, I expected better food quality and customer service. I hope management pays closer attention to freshness and how customers are treated.
