Stop by Brother’s BBQ yesterday while in Long Beach and it was the best decision ever. The place is brand new and the bbq along with the all the sides and messy fries were amazing. Definitely recommend!
Heard all the buzz about this spot! Absolutely lived up to the hype. Incredible bbq, my favs were ribs and pork belly burnt ends. Oooooo come on now!!! New LBC staple loading…
You can't go wrong here at all. If you are only going with one protein, I highly highly suggest the pork belly burnt ends. If pork and/or sugar aren't your thing, the brisket is gonna be the next best thing. Make sure to ask for some spicy pickled red onion to balance out your meal.
super delicious pork tips and the collard greens were the best i’ve ever had!! ngl the cornbread was a tiny bit dry, but i really vibed with the music
This place is brand new, but the BBQ is absolutely on fire! The brisket is cooked to perfection. The Mac n cheese is amazing. And you have to get the corn bread! Mo is amazing!
