Brown Bagger Food Truck

I had the absolute best Wagyu burger experience today at Brown Bagger Food Truck! From the moment I walked up, I was greeted by such an amazing and welcoming person who made the whole experience even better. The Wagyu burger was out of this world — perfectly cooked, juicy, flavorful, and truly one of the best I’ve ever had. You can taste the quality in every bite. On top of that, the food was packaged beautifully and with care, which shows how much pride they take in what they do. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back! 🍔✨

Stopped to get a photo of the Pensacola mural and spotted this food truck in back and decided to stop. Glad I did. Though they didn't have the items that are painted on the side of the truck that's facing the street like the Pineapple Express or Fig Lebowski (those are specialty burgers offered only certain times of the year) they do have other fantastic burgers or at least the one I tried was; the McBagger. A play on a Big Mac but soooo much better. I got the combo upgraded with the Parmesan Truffle Fries which are amazing on their own. And a drink which you fill inside Alga Brewery where a soda fountain is located right near the door. Super friendly dudes who run it. Highly recommend.

It is a food truck. Rating is for that type of venue. Trust me when I say the burgers are messy. Delicious and messy. I had the brown bagger. I wish I had ordered the regular hamburger. The sauce overtook the entire burger and some fries. It does taste good but a little less would have been more. I recommend stopping and trying it for sure. We will go back as we are here for 2wks. I liked the Asian salad and could have eaten that as a meal!

The burgers here are amazing. I got the February special and it was so good. My husband got the bacon Gouda burger. the service is also top notch. I wish they had one of these in my area. I highly recommend trying it, you won’t be disappointed. Worth the 5 stars for sure!

Great hidden gem food truck. I had the January special which was a fried mushroom burger. Had the double and I was full all day. Food quality was top notch. They make their burgers with Waygu. Also, there is a brewery right there as well. What else could you ask for? :)
