Brown Sugar Desserts

I ordered a full cake from Brown Sugar Dessert for Thanksgiving, and unfortunately, it was damaged when I opened the box at home. The cake had separated in the middle and appeared structurally unstable, as if it had not been properly baked or assembled. It was not presentable for a holiday gathering. I picked the cake up the day before Thanksgiving. The drive home is less than 15 minutes, and it was transported carefully. The bakery closed at 2 PM that day and remained closed through the following Monday, so I was unable to contact them immediately. When they reopened, I reached out via Instagram with photos. Terrible experience. My grandma ordered a cake with the design, colors, and flavor written out — and still got the wrong color (pink instead of crème). We paid $220 for a design we didn’t even get. My grandma was rushed, treated rudely, and the staff shut the door on her knowing the order was wrong. No response when we reached out. Save your money — do not trust them with your special occasion. Update : No apology no refund and it wasn't good.

Just, WOW! We ordered oreo, banana pudding cheesecake, lemon poundcake, and strawberry shortcake cheesecake. They are all outstanding! Tastes like somebody's Granny is in the kitchen. We got it delivered and it got here faster than we could've gone to pickup. Thank you for the quality desserts and service!

Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake: a bit too sweet but I the shortcake with the cheesecake part, then ate the cake separately. 🙌🏾 Lemon Iced Pound Cake was nice and balanced! I keep going back! 🤷🏾‍♂️If you’re trying to unbig your back, don’t go. If you got a sweet tooth, use caution.
