Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Brusters birthday cake ice cream is fantastic. I can't believe there's been a brusters here this whole time. The portions were good for the price and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient with their service 😀

Can we normalize not allowing children to run an entire establishment? I ordered a small waffle cone, a hot fudge sundae with butter pecan ice cream instead of vanilla with no whipped cream or cherry a pint of ice cream and six cones. The small waffle cone was fine, my Sunday was vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and a cherry... And somehow no hot fudge. And I was only given four cones which I did notice immediately. Even after going back and forth with the kid when I ordered the cones I say 6 he repeats back three I say no 6 he finally says 6 then he says I was only charged for four even when I showed him the receipt with the number six on it. Unfortunately I didn't notice that my ice cream was wrong until I got home. But when I'm paying over $9 for singular ice cream I expect that it

Bri and Hailie made our first visit a breeze! We went through the drive through and they were both so knowledgeable and helpful in our ordering process! We had royal treatment and these ladies were soooo nice!! Offered us samples to try and we loved everything we ordered!

The staff was not as attentive to customers tonight. Very long wait before anyone acknowledged your presence. No adults present. Paid $4 for a small scoop of ice cream that was just about as cool as soft serve sitting on a counter for a couple of minutes.

This is my go-to place for ice cream. The ladies are nice and I haven't had any concerns with my orders. Thanks for doing a great job.
