Bruster's Real Ice Cream

The shortcake was very disappointing. I’ve never had shortcake this dry. The shortcake itself was on the bottom, with very few strawberries and barely any sauce. Ice cream was placed on top, and there was no whipped cream at all. Unfortunately, I ordered three and they were all prepared the same way. Definitely not worth $30.

Found hair in both mine and my husband’s ice cream. We know it’s not ours because I’m blonde and my husband is bald. Employees were also not wearing their hair up or hair nets.

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker. Set there for a few minutes. Maybe 5...was told to order when I was ready. No other greeting. From there I asked for the drink that has the blue pop in it but it's a drink...no one said anything it was silence. I said it again and the girl teah can you repeat that. I say it again but louder. The drive through person says, I'm having a hard time hearing you can you walk up to the speaker. I'm in the drive thru..with 3 cars behind me. I said no I can't..another lady jumps on and starts yelling really loud like it's me whose the one that said they couldn't hear me...she says it's because I'm in a truck if I can come up to the speaker more. 2 other trucks in front of me..she says yeah they were in front of the speaker more...now I want you to look at how cl

For a chain store this place consistently serves delicious ice cream and desserts. Polite, courteous individuals that work here. Nick, was patient as it must be working in this type of environment. They provide you with as many samples as you would like to try.

Good quality ice cream and very, very friendly employees, I would strongly recommend coming here.
