Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Ice cream was great , customer service was poor. We were just stopping in first time customers . No one greets you when you come in but I'm sure that's because the employees are young and were to busy entertaining each other . Wren it came to my order everything was correct but they were talking so much they forgot my daughter ice cream & started working on the people behind us . No one apologized no one said have a good nite. Customer service training for your young associates will support your brand . Ultimately the ice cream was a 5 experience a 2.

Very delicious ice cream and fast, friendly service. There's no indoor area for guests, but there are several benches at the front of the store. It was shaded and still comfortable to sit outside on a 100-degree evening. My daughter loved the plain chocolate, and I enjoyed the NY cheesecake and Oreo flacors. They have a rewards program, which is a good thing because I have to go back and try more of the flavors!

It was so good! I had a scoop of Dubai chocolate and a scoop of chocolate raspberry truffle with hot fudge and whipped cream and a cherry. I promise it was there in the pic😋

Excellent homemade ice cream. Large variety of flavors. Reasonable prices for quarts and half gallons. Every visit I've had friendly and helpful service. If you haven't been there, a must go!

Delicious ice cream! And there’s a nice little roofed area so you can stand in the shade while you wait or eat! Try the chocolate raspberry truffle - it’s my absolute fave!!
