Bruster's Real Ice Cream

The Ice Cream was pretty good. I ordered a kids cup, 1 scoop, with strawberries on top. I ate it so fast I forgot to take a picture. The only reason I rated it 4 Stars was because there were barely any strawberries on top. Usually, there are around 8 strawberries, but when I got mine, there were only around 2-3.

Incredible! I'm not sure if they all have it but this one had to drive through first time I went through it, service was quick an amazing, of course when the youngsters are on duty they forget stuff like the dinosaur cooking my daughter was supposed to get inside of her ice cream but it's all good they gave us one on the side. Clean, a little light on that whipped cream that's always be heavy on that you know that's what we want and how we want it. Other than that the ice cream was amazing the location is really nice, there's other stuff to do with your family around there like Chuck-E-Cheese get are a couple spots to eat maybe have a little date night. We absolutely enjoyed our experience! Definitely recommend this location

I Used to love coming to this location I will not be returning due to the fact this location has cut back on the supply of the waffle bowl the bowl is not a bowl anymore its a saucer and I notice the price has increased too. A big change was made for this item and a increased i truly feel this item is over priced you got me once but you want get me again. If who ever visits this location asked to see the waffle bowl before purchasing a waffle bowl is supposed to look like a bowl not a saucer and plus the icecream was too soft I couldn't tell if I had three scoops it was just one big lump of icecream. NEVER AGAIN!! REMEMBER

Went there the other day and ordered a small chocolate ice cream with Oreos and caramel toppings. The man asked me did I want a lid, and I said yes(it was hot and I was going to pull over and eat it in my car with AC to sneak and it eat before I picked up my kids) When he gave it to me the toppings were piled so high, you couldn’t see into the ice cream top at all! I thought, wow! They sure give you a lot of toppings and was pleased. I knew that I couldn’t eat it in my car without spilling it everywhere so i decided to eat it at a park before grocery shopping. I opened the top and stuff fell everywhere, I dig in, only to find out that it’s not only half melted(as you could imagine I wouldn’t be complaining about that part because I drove 5 minutes with it) but I was vanilla ice cream! I bought a birthday cake for my mother in law and asked they write "Happy Birthday" on it they wrote "happ B-day" it was complete garbage and they put what I assume is a blue berry sauce on the top and make it look disgusting on top of all that they forgot the caramel that was supposed to be in it. I was so embarrassed this was my first responsibility with my new family and it was horrible. When I called I was told the manger wasn't in and they don't think I will get a refund because that is just how they write....
