Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Great service and delicious ice cream. My husband and I got Sundays and mine was dairy free. On the way home my husband asked to taste mine and was so impressed that he wants to go back and get a dairy free as well.

Showed up at 10:24pm and ordered a cookie dough milkshake. Was told they stop making milkshakes at 10:30 so I have to order something else. I ordered an ice cream and they pretty much coated the entire container with the ice cream so that it made a huge mess in the car. I think the staff might need an adjustment at this location.

The staff here is always super friendly and very patient. Never had a bad experience. Super yummy ice cream also and let’s not forget how they also gave my dog a Pup Cup 🥳

Ice cream was good. But I’m not joking when I say that I waited at the window for 10-15mins before someone even acknowledged us. They focused purely on drive thru and let a line of about 12 customers build out front. Definitely not coming back.

I don't know who designed the new menu, but it makes little sense and feels like they've made ordering ice cream more complicated than it needs to be.
