Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Bruster’s is one of those places that does ice cream right. Assortment of rotating flavors, and always fresh. Fun fact: they actually make the ice cream in-house every single day, which totally explains why it tastes better than standard chain ice cream. Friendly staff, quick service, and perfect for a walk-up treat on a warm day. My only critique: it's not creamy enough, and I think ColdStone does a better waffle cone. On a hot day, you let it melt just a tad, it's excellent. Otherwise, the ice cream is a bit stiff. I prefer a soft serve style, just my personal preference...

Highly recommend the pistachio ice cream- there’s real pistachios in it! Regular waffle cone comes with 3 scoops, it’s very filling and delicious. Lots of outdoor seating, and there’s a brewery nearby / next door to check out too.

All I can say is wow! I am normally not a huge fan of ice cream...but this place had me with the Chocolate raspberry truffle😍 I tried The salted caramel with toffee was fabulous. I tried my son's cheesecake ice cream which was also smooth and creamy. Every bite of ice cream that we had from this place was so creamy and full of flavor I could not have been happier. The staff were so helpful! This will be our new ice cream place for every time we are herr in town for great wolf lodge!

When you order a brewster blast and it comes half full lol ….. not even to the lid… or halfway up the cup for $11

Great ice cream. Friendly dog welcomed staff. The ladies are super cute helping serve the awesome ice cream. And I had no idea about the banana bring your own promotional idea on the back wall. Gonna try it out next visit...... My grey ghost always leads me to the Brewster's ice cream store no matter what or when. Lilly loves her pup cup ice cream treats. And I enjoy the staff and cute smiles from the new working class of students earning their jobs. Thanks Brewster's ice cream. For the location near our townhouse community.
