We love ice cream and tried Buster’s for the first time. My son had banana flavor and I tried vanilla cherry and pistachio. The flavors were great and the service was fast. The only remark is the upkeep of the outdoor furniture. It needs some TLC, you can tell it has been there for a long time. Else it would have been a 5 star review.

The ice cream is good. Lines sometimes long, but service generally attentive. My husband loves that they have malt. I am lactose intolerant and they advertise several dairy-free flavors. Sometimes they are out of dairy free flavors. Today they asked to put dairy milk in my milk shake with my dairy free ice cream because they ran out of plant based milk. Although I am really glad they asked, that is just not cool. It shows a lack of knowledge regarding serious food allergies and a lack of knowledge regarding their own products. As someone who has worked in the food service industry with specialty products, I expect more. Dairy free isn't a preference unfortunately, but a serious health concern for me.
