Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I’m just going start off by saying “WOW, JUST WOW, THAT WAS AMAZING!” I mean the EMPLOYEE was amazing, she was super nice and very informative. Even though I’m not good at ordering ice cream (I have a very severe speech impediment) she was patient with me and helped me order my certified Brusters’ favorite, a vanilla malt. After I was done ordering I asked her what her name was. She said “Oh, it’s Eva”. After she gave me my malt, I gave her a very generous tip and thanked her sincerely. Eva is a treasure to this world. We NEED more people like her. she is a great example of humanity at its best. I worked in customer service for 26 years, I always tried treating everybody with the respect and love they deserve. On our way home from WV was looking for any place that sold REAL ice cream - was pleasantly surprised to find this place as we went through Pittsburgh - the lady at the counter was so nice she let us try several flavors and made recommendations. It was so good I got three different kinds: coconut almond chocolate, chocolate raspberry and this Graham cracker ins that was amazing - she then filled up our water bottle for us and offered to put ice in - so sweet! I love the fact that they are open year Round!

Brewsters is always a great place to go and get any type of ice cream. The staff is always friendly and we always leave with a smile on our face as well as hey, big smile after we are done having the delicious flavor

This place is great with homemade ice cream and cones. Service is always friendly and prices are fair. We come here several times a month. Highly recommend !
