Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Went a few times since it has re opened and it is just not the same. Workers were nice however I waited a very long time for 2 small ice creams. It seemed as if some of the workers were just waiting around/taking their time doing things while there was a big rush. I liked the Ice cream it was good however it was a long wait. I went once before and they did mess up my order, however they were kind and fixed it. I like the place however just a few small mistakes that can be changed.

The staff last night, Tuesday 2/17, was amazing! The 2 girls working were so sweet. I will definitely be back here. Thank you for your great customer service.

They’re back! Glad to see they’re open again. Always friendly there and enjoy the outside seating. I got the kids ice cream lol. The cookie is huge!

First time back since they reopened. The girl who waited on us was very sweet with a big smile/ very friendly but I asked for two dips of two different ice creams and it literally looked like a kids cup. They offered to make me a new one and I accepted which was good but in the past Brewster's always gave good portions so I'm hoping this is not the way they are going to continue business. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.. maybe it was just that one person dipping out our ice cream. 🤷‍♀️. $14 for 2 cups.. husband got one dip, I got 2.

Extremely inconsistent! At times the ice cream is amazing. Other times there are practically no add ins. I’ve brought this up to the staff. It seems they don’t care to hear the complaints.
