Bubbakoo's Burritos

01/27/24 This was my 1st time @ Bubbakoos in West Orange and likely my last. I was shopping in West Orange and noticed there was one there. After eating several times at the Union location. I was expecting the same quality of food and was disappointed. I ordered the Chiwawa queso and hibachi shrimp. I even paid an additional fee for extra queso. Needless to say the rice was under cooked and for $17 the portion was nothing to be desired. The food was inedible due to the crunchy rice and it was extremely dry. The store was very clean and the staff was nice and welcoming. However, that is not enough for me to return and get nothing in return. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

When I say the steak was so over cooked and a spec of a portion with my hibachi steak and shrimp bowl but massive amount of rice to fill the bowl up…wild. Flavor is good that’s about it

Good food but rude customer service . The lady with eye shadow and two phones has no patient for customers. They also make rude remarks regarding customer’s appearance.

The food is fine, it's a Chipotle knockoff, but the service leaves something to be desired. I haven't been going back because the woman at the counter was somewhat rude.

One of my favorite places to go for lunch. Customer friendly environment, a very extensive menu for all dietary needs, enjoy!
