Bubble Tea-ology

Got got something mango I’m not sure what I ordered, it had a freezer burnt taste. You guys need to clean out your ice here and there 🤢

Ordered 4 steak tacos and a cheese and chicken quesadilla. The lady forgot our quesadillas so after telling her, she gave us a lot of attitude and proceeded to roll her eyes. After beginning to eat my tacos I realized they were pork which I don’t eat. The quesadillas were gross and mainly just lettuce and sour cream.

This place is good! It’s nice having something different to try in Monroe. I will treat myself to a bubble tea once in a while. It’s always so tasty and refreshing. I recently introduced my friend to bubble tea and he thought it was amazing. The staff is friendly and everything is fairly priced. Definitely check it out!!

Horrible food and drinks. My daughter ordered a smoothie and it was more like a slush. And ordered some baleadas, and the dough of the tortilla was not cooked throughly and was extremely drenched in oil. Please stop selling food if you cannot improve your skill sets!!!!

I would like to say that I love this place. Every time, that I've tried to go with my daughters is such a dissatisfaction. We go there all happy and having fun but this place takes it all away. The bubble teas are good, the menu availability is such a disappointment. It feels like the staff tries to be friendly but makes you feel like you are annoying them. Not coming back to this place.
