bubs and Gracie's Ice Cream and Cookies

I like hand-dipped ice cream and am always looking for new locations while hiking. So glad I found this place. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and went searching for the flavor I wanted when they realized it was not in the case. it was a fun visit, and some great ice cream!

My husband picked us up some ice cream from here the other day and it was good! I had the ube and sweet potato, he had the cookies and cream and brownie. Unfortunately, as I was finishing off his ice cream, I bit into something really hard and there was a loud crunch noise. I spit it out of my mouth to find that it was a piece of really hard plastic or glass. I got a small cut in the back of my mouth and was bleeding a little bit. Thankfully it wasn’t worse and I didn’t swallow it. Before this, I would’ve gone back; but I can’t say that I will now. I’m sure this was an anomaly, but scary nonetheless.

I stopped in this evening craving an Ube milkshake. Emmanuel (one of the owners) was present and I must say very friendly ( this means a lot to me when I'm spending my hard earned money). I mentioned to Emmanuel, how my last milkshake tasted and I must say this one was amazing aka GOODT. It tasted just as I wanted. I wanted an oatmeal cream pie ( they were out) but Emmanuel mentioned they had cinnamon rolls. OMG, so good. I will definitely be back for more. One of the best cinnamon rolls I've had to be honest. Thank you again Emmanuel for the conversation and sharing your journey.

bubs and gracie's truly deserves the flowers they get, not only for the quality of their ice cream but also for the genuine people behind their storefront. Ms. Marsha hand makes her ice cream with care and you can taste it in every bite. It doesn't melt right after you get it like a lot of cheap ice creams do, and has a lovely silky texture to it. I got the chocolate oreo and it was perfectly chocolatey without being overbearingly sweet. There's also dairy and non-dairy options to cater to everyone as well. If you're feeling adventurous maybe even try the ube or earl lady (a tea flavor named after her daughter :) ) As a mother of 4 herself, Ms. Marsha's hospitality will surely remind you of family inside this humble little ice cream shop.

Truly the Best Ice Cream & Service Around! Bubs and Gracie’s is hands-down the best ice cream shop I’ve ever been to. It’s a true mom-and-pop gem, and you can feel the love the moment you walk in. The service is incredible, honestly the warmest, most welcoming experience we’ve ever had anywhere. And the ice cream is beyond amazing!!! By far the best I’ve ever had. Every flavor tastes homemade and thoughtful, and you can tell they put real care into everything they do. I live about 30 minutes away, but I will happily make that drive every single time instead of going somewhere closer. It’s absolutely worth it. So grateful we found this place!
