I had the best experience here! The restaurant is pet friendly, which made everything even more perfect for us. The host, Nelly, was absolutely incredible. She spoke to us in both Spanish and English since my friends and I speak different languages, and she made everyone feel comfortable and included. She was attentive to us at all times, constantly checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and professionalism truly made the difference in our visit. Also, Diego, our server, was great! I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Bucatini is a beautiful restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, a lovely bar, and a great overall setup. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Our waiter was also kind and attentive. We started with the tuna tartare and octopus appetizers, and both were absolutely delicious. For our main courses, my husband ordered the squid ink fettuccine with shrimp in red sauce (a special of the day), and he thought it was just okay. I had the Bucatini Al Gusto with carbonara sauce. Unfortunately, the porcini mushrooms were overcooked and tasted burnt, which was disappointing. For dessert, my husband had the tiramisu, but he couldn’t really taste the coffee flavor—it was mostly chocolate. Overall, the ambiance and service were excellent,

We came to Bucatini over the holidays to have a cozy meal after taking the family for our annual tree sighting and some shopping. We were pleasantly surprised that it was not the typical tourist trap due to the location in Rockefeller. Our server was friendly and attentive. It was comfortable with plenty of space for our large group. We tried the homemade bucatini and it was outstanding. All the other dishes our party had were equally enjoyable. The only area for improvement would be the noise level as it could get noisy but it had no impact on our enjoyment of the meal. We will definitely be back to visit again.

Amazing experience! Food exceptional, flavorful and presentation so beautiful! Service amazing, my friend had dietary restrictions: gluten free and dairy free To me the fact that they could accommodate her so easily impressed me a lot! The whole staff were very friendly and Diego the manager was super attentive and full of positivity! You can tell that they work as a team and make sure to keep a peaceful work environment. Atmosphere 11/10 Highly, Highly recommend this restaurant!!

Service is very attentive and friendly. The food was either excellent or not so excellent. The pear salad was very good with cooked pears in mixed greens and candied walnuts. The fish course was well prepared and crafted well onto the serving plate. Now the real disappointment was the tomato soup. All I can say was it was orange in color and tasteless. They would have been better off serving canned soup and doctoring it up. It was a disconnect from the rest of the meal. The restrooms were for both sexes. You had a stall with a lock and shared the sink area. I can’t imagine any woman who needed to freshen up that would have liked this set up. The distance from the stall to the sinks could be problematic.
