Bad customer service,sale consultant told me he no longer working for North Star anymore,no body informed me after putting my order & waiting till 4Pm with no products delivered at all,my two restaurants will stop partnership with such a bad institution

I wish I could give this company zero stars for its unprofessionalism and rude staff. Despite after reading several previous bad reviews given by others, I decided to give them a chance to see for myself. I am a business owner and I believe in giving everyone a fair shake of the dice. However, I was appauled when my husband was approached by the warehouse manager Todd Jaffy in which he attempted to scold him regarding an order. Todd is and always has been VERY RUDE and feels as if he can speak to his customers any way he chooses since he feels we need him more than he needs us. I truly feel his demeanor was racially motivated because he was unpleasant everytime we encountered him. Rude. Unwelcoming. Felt like i was talking to depressed truck driver... Take your business elsewhere, and save yourself from stress.
