Buddy V's Cake Slice

I was really excited to try Buddy V’s Cake because it’s marketed on Uber Eats like a local bakery with freshly baked slices. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience at all. The slice I received was clearly frozen and not freshly baked, which was really disappointing. The texture gave it away immediately, and it lacked that soft, fresh cake taste I was expecting. The cake looked pretty, but the quality didn’t match the presentation. If I’m ordering cake, especially at this price point, I expect it to taste fresh—not like it just came out of the freezer. Overall, this didn’t live up to the hype, and I probably wouldn’t order again based on this experience.
