This is a place we always go to get the freshest Seafood on the beach! Whether it's Shrimp-our favorite are the reds, or lobster or crab,Always so fresh! Buddy's just can't be beat for also steaming your fresh feast with flavorful potatoes & tender corn on the cob! They have 4 different flavor profiles to choose from! The Chef Absolutely 💯% has the Steaming down to perfection! They also have all kinds of extras on their shelves to enhance your meal, such as hush puppies, gator nuggets, and an assortment of pies! They have the most unique souvenir's also! I bet they would ship a case of this anywhere in the US! (Plus fresh seafood would make a great side! LOL)

I was excited to find stone crab available here, and the seafood itself did not disappoint; however, my experience at the counter was mixed. I purchased stone crab claws and asked in advance if they could be cracked, as they are typically served ready-to-eat in restaurants. One staff member kindly confirmed this and later took the time to help, which I truly appreciated. However, during checkout, a lady at the counter initially handed them to me uncracked and suggested I break them myself, even after I explained I was staying at a hotel. When I asked how to handle them, the response felt condescending rather than helpful. We have been going to Buddy's Seafood Market for years. We enjoy cooking fresh seafood while on vacation and they always have plenty of choices. It is always clean and they are friendly and helpful. And if you want your purchase steamed they are hard to beat. This time we picked up some shrimp and corn and had them steamed, they turned out great. Definitely recommend!

Hey Buddy Staff was super helpful and friendly. There were clearly a lot of locals in addition to visitors like me and they treated everyone well. Prices were fair, especially in light of the location. Had a couple pounds of mudbugs cooked spicy, a lb of reds in the lemon garlic and another in the bbq. Spicy seasoning wins hands down for me but all the seafood was fresh and delicious. Seafood market that has no funk at the end of the day clearly shows they’re managed well too. Highly recommend.

Buddy’s is the best ! We came in town for a week vacation and we always eat out at places ppl suggest but after this last trip my husband was like where you wana go eat and I’m like “Buddy’s” it’s fresher and better than any restaurant around I rlly enjoyed the shrimp they cooked up for us and great customer service oh and don’t let me forget the best banana pudding ahhhhh !
