Buffalo Wild Wings

The section we were seated in remained dirty the entirety of our visit. Our service was awful. It took forever for our food and drinks to come out when the food came out almost everything was cold. It's the middle of the afternoon on a Friday the restaurant was empty so the slowness and grossness is completely unacceptable.

Lexi is Amazing!!! We love sitting at the bar when she is working. She is super attentive to you and makes sure you never run out of anything. The kitchen is spot on!!! The appetizers were delicious. The burgers are THE BEST!!!! Thank you for the great service and food!!!!

I usually order takeout. The food is always good. But the service and timing is horrible. Online will say the order will be ready at a certain time, you go in the take out door and it takes them 5 minutes to even greet you. Then another 10 minutes after the app said the food would be ready for them to even bring it to you. This happened to me twice. Tonight I asked to speak with the manager. That was a joke. Dude looks like he doesn't even know what he's doing in there, ZERO customer service skills, and acted like even talking to me was inconvenience to him. Ridiculous. So, good food. Horrible service and management.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. It was December 13th, 2025. My wife and I went with our three daughters. We were given a table and waited for about 20 minutes. The waitresses just stared at us without asking if we wanted a glass of water or anything. But we noticed that two new tables arrived next to us, and their orders were taken quickly. The waitresses or manager just stared at us, almost mockingly. I don't know if it was racism because we are Hispanic. When we lost our patience, we decided to leave. The worst part is that they just stared at us without asking if there was a problem. I even think some people treat animals better.

Atmosphere is fine. Ive never really liked it there per se but its been a few years and thought id give it a shot again.... i messed up. The wait for food is ridiculous. We waited an hour it wasn't that busy. The prices are high and food was cold. They need to do better.
