Buffalo Wild Wings

We have eaten at Burlington bdubs many times. This time we were VERY disappointed. There were very few tables occupied and ample staff. We waited over 40 minutes to get our food. I took our empty glasses to the bar to order more drinks. The bartender told me to inform my waitress. I told her I would, but we hadn't seen her. She literally rolled her eyes. Our food arrived without our appetizer, it was barely warm. The waitress asked if we still wanted our appetizer. We told her "no" but wanted another drink. We were half way done eating before our drinks arrived. We normally tip very well. Not this trip. We won't be back for a very long time.

Had to wait an hour and 30 mins for food and it was cold. The manger had the nerve to come to the table and tell us to our face that she just finished cooking it. All lies. We seen 3 tables get their food first and they got set after us. What I really seen is that the white waiters were getting their table food first so it can be hot and they get good tips. But when it came to our waitress food just because she was black she had to wait hours before her table gets any food. Yea they made it over again but I am still not a happy customer and I will not be spending my hard earn money I work here ever again. I tipped the waitress well because it was not her fault the manger is racist. I don’t care I call it how I see it and i will keep it real. If you are black stay away from here. Thanks Kan

Had to wait 2 hours for food understandable because of weather. They served other guess that came in a hour after us, food was not fresh when we received it. Disappointed will not come back. Manager never came to the table just sent staff.

The service was terrible. The fries were cold had to ask to get silverware two times. No one filed our drinks husband had to take them to bar to get refills. We waited 45 minutes for the food. They said they could $20.00 off our bill for the service. We will never be back here again. Do yourself a favor and just cook at home or eat elsewhere!

Had to wait around an hour maybe more for food she said she was going to check if our food was done and we didn't get our food till around 30 minutes later and my fries were cold and burger barely warm the waitress was really nice though she shared things that shouldn't be shared with customers but overall her service was appreciated and she was sweet and kept up with refills and checking in.
