Buffalo Wild Wings

The bartender was inattentive, chicken was under sauced despite asking for extra. I asked for water drank it and the bartender took the cup without offering more before she left for ten minutes. These smaller BW3 feel anemic. Go to Waxahachie location. Much much better.

Posting this the next day so I forgot to take pictures but I wanted to make sure to say Angela did a great job as our waitress! She had great recommendations for us from appetizers to getting the meal deal to save us some money. I went with my mom to have a late lunch/early dinner before the Super Bowl started and everything was great. I was scared to visit this location for the first time because of all the bad reviews but I’m glad I went anyway. Definitely recommend.

I have to admit I was a little hesitant about going for lunch here after reading the reviews. However, my kids and I decided to give it a try. Let me just say, we will be back! Cody was amazing, his customer service and attention was great. The General Manager, was awesome. I loved their attitude, they were very attentive. Thank you, your hard work does not go unnoticed! I wish people were more greatful for your service!

SAVE YOUR TIME JUST GO TO WINGSTOP.!!! Wanted to stop by after a long day at work for a good meal. When we entered, there was no worker at the front. There was a family waiting so we assumed that a worker would be back soon. Instead we were left standing there for a while, although it wasn’t a long time, just the fact that no one ever even acknowledged us and said “we’ll be right with you” rubbed us the wrong way. Finally the host came to us, and asks if we are dining in. It looks like he is about to seat us, but then asks us to wait and he leaves. That’s when I saw there were a BUNCH of EMPTY tables, and so we left. If the service was THAT bad before we even sat down, I didn’t want to imagine what it would’ve been like if we had sat down. I was too tired and hungry to deal with that. N

I consistently have great service and great food here. I love that the staff checks on me regularly, even if I’m not in their section. The staff alone is enough to keep me going back.
