Buffalo Wild Wings

Went on a Wednesday around 5:30. Wasn’t particularly busy at all, but we waited about 10 minutes before someone even came over to seat us. Once we were seated, we gave our order for drinks with no issue, waited a minute to review the menu. Once we ordered our food, it took about 45 minutes to receive said food. 4 adults and two older children. One adult got the chicken parm, one adult got the steak and cheese, one adult got 10 wings, one adult got chicken sandwich. One child got mozzarella moons and the other got boneless wings. While the food had good flavor, I don’t think 45 minutes was warranted. When the food was brought to the table, all the rolls were rock hard, like they had been sitting under the warming light for 30 minutes. Then mozzarella moons didn’t come out everyone’s food, I

I don’t kno what happened tonite but this place was horrible tonite. Server especially the manager (white lady) had some serious attitude as if we were imposing on her. Food was 2hrs late, they gave our food away twice. Served my (big) group wings (cheated us on the fries) didn’t give us any sauce then forgot the celery and carrots Ain’t coming back here They got me blown Professionalism was not there tonite except for the Greeter (lil brown skin ma ma) and the Asian waiter kiddos to y’all

When we arrived, we were seated promptly. Our drink order was taken and she returned with those in a short period of time. She took our order seemed competent, doing it, and then we proceeded to wait fifty five minutes before we got our food outside. Needless to say everything was cold. And there was something wrong with my son's bucket of wingless chicken. The chicken was covered in dipping sauce and no dipping sauce was provided. All of the vegetables in his little dishwash were saturated with barbecue sauce.

A nice sports restaurant, conveniently located in a large shopping center, with a free parking lot. Comfortable seating, clean restrooms, upbeat atmosphere with dozens of TVs playing sports, there's also a good bar. The food is mostly what you'd expect, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that they also serve salad, veggies, wraps etc. Very good service, decent size portions, fair prices. Good experience overall !

Great burgers. Not a wing guy. But my 18 year old grandson does. It was his 18th birthday. Where he chose to go.
